  1. Love your life.
  2. Follow your heart.
  3. Be present in each moment.
  4. Smile.
  5. Don’t take it personally.
  6. Do what makes you feel most alive.
  7. Laughter is the best medicine.
  8. Make plans but let go of attachments to them.
  9. Giggle at the cosmic joke.
  10. Accept the impermanence of life.
  11. Buy less stuff.
  12. Invest in experiences.
  13. Learn to embrace death as a natural part of life, rather than something to be feared.
  14. Serve.
  15. Be of benefit to others.
  16. By letting our light shine, we inspire others to do the same.
  17. Choose your battles.
  18. Speak mindfully.
  19. Travel.
  20. Learn a new language.
  21. Find a new favorite band. Break out of your comfort zone.
  22. Make a hard decision.
  23. Release regrets.
  24. Forgive.
  25. Be kind.
  26. Be grateful.
  27. Allow.
  28. Keep an open mind.
  29. Keep on keepin’ on.
  30. The only way is forward.
  31. Choose happiness.
  32. Choose love.
  33. Choose good energy.
  34. Cry when you need to. Let emotions run through you.
  35. Talk and vent with a few close friends. Let it go.
  36. Surrender.
  37. Accept new ways of being.
  38. Upgrade yourself, with practice, over time.
  39. Remember that you and this moment are perfect just as they are.
