Was there sweetness
In the warm embrace of a trusted friend?
In an unexpected home cooked meal after a long day of work?
In the park at sunset?
On the yoga mat?
 At the beach?
Within the confines of your own bedroom?
All of the above,
I hope.

    Joy permeates the details of this moment as it is fully experienced…
    3highlights.com was a great way to record sukha moments throughout the year.
    I came upon sweetness everywhere I turned. In Guatemala. In the United States. In yogis. In friends. Even in my eighth graders (sometimes). Gratitude = sweetness. Life is sweet!
