A positive frame of mind is a habit. How have you silenced the propaganda factory of negativity with positive thought and behavior in your life in 2011? How has this changed your day-to-day being?
Happiness lies in the joy of achievement and the thrill of creative effort.” ~Franklin D. Roosevelt

  1. “A positive frame of mind is a habit” The Converse is also true, a negative frame of mind can also be a habit – therefore, change your habits and change your life!

That is the art of Neuroplasticity! Thanks for the post 🙂

  2. Morning meditation is what keeps me positive. Even just five minutes of sitting, breathing, being helps enormously. Learning to get over worrying about my meditation technique was extremely liberating this year. Practice doesn’t make perfect; practice IS perfect!

  3. 🙂 Nice way to put it.

I’ve also done meditation before, for me the best side effect is retaining a calm composure and putting my mind (which is constantly talking) to rest. Practice is perfect is a great way to put it.
