Morning meditation is what keeps me positive. Even just five minutes of sitting, breathing, being helps enormously. Learning to get over worrying about my meditation technique was extremely liberating this year. Practice doesn’t make perfect; practice IS perfect!

I’ve also done meditation before, for me the best side effect is retaining a calm composure and putting my mind (which is constantly talking) to rest. Practice is perfect is a great way to put it.
